小丑醫生服務由瑞士菲奧多拉基金與智樂合作提供。菲奧多拉小丑醫生服務的目的是透過歡笑，讓住院病童減低苦楚，菲奧多拉基金會每星期均組織受訓的專業藝術家，作小丑醫生打扮到醫院探望病童。這些小丑醫生與病童有著特別的關係，他們能與病童溝通，對這些病童來說，小丑醫生每星期的探訪，可令他們暫時忘郤醫院生活，並進入他們所渴望的奇幻魔術境界，透過短短的探訪，小丑醫生擴闊了病房的世界，使它充滿歡樂和笑聲。現時小丑醫生隊分別到威爾斯親王醫院、屯門醫院、瑪麗醫院、大口環根德公爵夫人兒童醫院、廣華醫院及伊利沙伯醫院進行探訪。
This service is provided in collaboration with the Theodora Foundation from Switzerland.The purpose of the Theodora programme is to ease the suffering of hospitalized children through laugher. Every week Theodora organizes the hospital visits of a group of professional artists who have been specially trained to work with children in hospitals.These clown doctors have a very special relationship with the children, they communicate with them on their own level. For the young patients, the clown doctors weekly visits offer a welcome respite from the medical routine and is a magical moment that they look forward to. For that short period they are able to leave behind the sometimes bewildering world of the hospital for a world of fun and laughter. They visit the Prince of Wales Hospital, Tuen Mun Hospital, the Queen Mary Hospital, the Duchess of Kent at Sandy Bay Hospital, the Kwong Wah hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital weekly.
